VLEs without enrollment machines can update residents’ “aadhaar demographic” details through the Digital Seva CSC portal. VLEs can avail service using single fingerprint authentication device authorized by UIDAI i.e. MorphO

Laptop with minimum Core i5 processor 2.0 GHZ(9th Gen or higher) OR AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or higher), 8GB RAM and 500 GB HDD/256 GB SSD, TPM 2.0 or Higher and Windows 10 64 bit
